Make your way to Chong Nonsi BTS station and leave by Exit-4. 

Meeting place is 45 beer garden. Turn right at the bottom of the Exit-4 stairs and it's almost immediately there. 

The 45 beer garden sign is quite prominent at the corner. The soi has the Haven't Met restaurant on one corner and Heritage Hotel opposite (though this also has an entrance on soi Phipat).
