Where: BTS Victory Monument

Go to Victory Monument BTS and take exit 2. Go down stairs and walk straight ahead to "Thanon Rang Nam". Turn left and cross the street. Turn right on first soi: "Soi Loet Panya". 

Walk about 200m looking for "True Siam Hotel" on left. GPS link: 13.759124,100.536444.

​If coming from Siam BTS, you can also get to the same place from Phaya Thai station with about the same walking distance.​

Bring a torch, there will be darkness.
