Make your way to Chong Nonsi BTS station. Leave by exit 2, go down the stairs and make a u-turn at the bottom. Walk up to the first soi on the right. This is Naradhiwas 3 with 7-11 at the corner. Turn right.

Walk in for 50 metres and see the restaurant on the right called the White House.
